How to order:

To place an order, you may call Aluminum Tank & Truck Accessories, LLC. at 1-800-773-3047 or 817-483-2190, Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (Central Time). You can also fax your orders to 817-561-0894. Purchase orders may be mailed to 2850 N. Main Street, Mansfield, TX 76063.

 You may also contact a dealer in your area for information on our fuel tanks. For a listing of our vendors in your area, please contact us at 800-773-3047. Our fuel tanks are generally warehoused for quick turnaround times. Every effort will be made to fill the order as quickly as possible, and in most cases, will be able to ship within 2-3 working days.
 

Terms of sale:

Transportation is F.O.B. our facility in Mansfield, Texas. To avoid C.O.D. fees on freight carriers or UPS, we encourage prepaying the order. Prepaying allows shipments to be shipped freight collect, without the additional C.O.D. fees. UPS shipping fees will be added to all invoices for orders small and light enough to be shipped UPS.

 If the product is damaged when shipped by UPS, you must notify your local UPS office immediately. Aluminum Tank & Truck Accessories, LLC. is not responsible for filing claims against motor freight carriers or UPS. Any missing or damaged shipments must be noted at the time of delivery with the carrier. It is the customers responsibility, (not ATTA’s), to file a claim against the carrier. Claims for errors in shipping must be made within five days of receipt of the order.

 Any order returned by the customer is subject to a restocking fee. The customer will be responsible for all freight charges associated with the return. Prior to returning any product, authorization and RGA # must be given by Aluminum Tank & Truck Accessories, LLC.

Certificate of Limited Warranty 

Aluminum Tank & Truck Accessories LLC. (ATTA, LLC.) fuel tanks are covered by a 3 year/ 36,000 mile limited liability warranty, against defects in material and workmanship.

ATTA fuel systems and components are covered by a one-year warranty period. Our warranty begins when the original purchaser purchases the unit. The original purchaser is the person who will use for his own use. If a part must be replaced, A TT A, LLC. will furnish the replacement part on a "Return and Replace basis" only. ATTA will pay our established warranty labor rates, listed below, once authorization has been established.

ATTA will make no payment for parts purchased or repaired in the field without prior authorization from ATTA. We will not accept any charges greater than our established warranty rates. We reserve the right to examine the tank or part being claimed for warranty upon return to ATTA, with all shipping being prepaid. If the warranty claim is determined valid, repair or replacement will be made by ATTA discretion. Warranty will not be honored is the tank or the component failure is caused by conditions beyond the control of ATTA such as damage caused by but not limited to:

1. Customer's misuse or negligence.
                2. Improper installation by the installer.
                3. Shipment or improper handling.
                4. Ordering of LLCorrect product
                5. Use of Contaminated fuels or improper fuel additives.

 Warranty will not be honored if the product is altered in way or if the ATTA manufacturing tag is removed or defaced. Warranty does not cover consequential damages LLCluding, but not limited to: loss of use of the warranted product, loss of time, transportation expenses, towing, expenses for travel, lodging, telephone and fuel charges, loss of damage to personal property or loss of revenue.

 Warranty Claim Procedure 

If you have any problems with the fuel tank or fuel system, contact your Dealer where it was originally purchased. The Dealer will contact A TT A with any troubleshooting assistance. If a component needs to be replaced, A TT A will give a RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number, authorization and instructions for replacement off the component.

ATTA will require Model and Serial number, proof of purchase, VIN#, Documented mileage and date of installation. When replacement item is shipped, a charge will be made for the part. Credit will be considered upon return of faulty item. All defective components must be returned within 30 days of warranty claim and be marked by the RGA number.

Certificate of Conformity

Aluminum Tank & Truck Accessories, LLC. fuel tanks and fuel systems conform to all rules pertaining to non-side mounted fuel tanks and meets all FHW A non-side mounted fuel tanks requirements as stated in sections 393.67.

Labor @ $90.00/hr (subject to change)

 *Sending unit replacement in an easy to access ATTA tank (in-bed, Etc.) -1/2 hr

 * Any procedure requiring removal of a fuel tank- 1hr
